Sharon Stone has revealed that one of her ex-boyfriends dumped her because she refused to get Botox to preserve her youth. The “Basic Instinct” actress has always been vocal about wanting to age gracefully, but it seems her former partner wasn’t into the idea and expected her to look the part.

- She recently opened up about the experience in an interview with Vogue. Her former boyfriend was younger than her. While it’s unclear by much, one thing we do know: he valued the appearance of his youth more than his relationship with Sharon Stone. When he asked her if she’d ever considered Botox, she remembered replying: “It would probably be really good for your ego and mine if I did.”
- After that, their relationship deteriorated. Stone went on to say that she only saw her ex once more before he broke things off. “I saw him one more time after that and then he wasn’t interested in seeing me anymore,” she recalled. “If you don’t see me for more than that, you’ll please find your way to the exit.”
- For Sharon Stone, Botox was about necessity, not a vain attempt at youth. After suffering a stroke, the star said Botox was no longer a “cute luxury” but actually a requirement to restore one side of her face after her health emergency. “There were periods in the super fame when I got Botox and filler and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain hemorrhage and I had to have over 300 shots of Botox and filler to make the one side of my face come up again,” she explained.
