Substitute Teacher Told Student She Loved Him, ‘Physically Lifted Her Breast’ And Put It On His Chest Myrtle Beach Police Department

A South Carolina substitute teacher has been arrested for some seriously inappropriate relationship with a male student in class. Angela Bianca Hilton-Hecht, 43, was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and unlawful communication, WMBF reports, and the details of the accusations against her seriously beggar belief.

  1. Hilton-Hecht certainly didn’t act like a teacher. According to a statement by the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Hilton-Hecht “made inappropriate physical contact with a student during class, invited students to smoke marijuana at her home, and sent unwanted and improper communication to students by text message while she was working as a substitute teacher at Myrtle Beach High School.”
  2. She then sexually assaulted one male student in particular. Police say that students were doing TikTok dances together during class when Hilton-Hecht grabbed one of the boys by the waist, told him she loved him, and “physically lifted her breast with both hands and placed it on the chest of the victim.” The boy was younger than 16, the arrest warrant states.
  3. Some of the texts messages she sent were extremely foul-mouthed. Some included the phrase “such nasty little [censored],” and “Yes I am a [censored], I am that WITCH, RICH [censored], Like A [censored] Salem Witch Trial, I am going to [censored] miss all of you.”
  4. The Horry County School District fired Hilton-Hecht and let the police take over. She was fired from her position on November 12 after only a month on the job. “HCS is aware of the recent arrest of a former substitute teacher at Myrtle Beach High School, Ms. Angela Hilton. The arrest stems from inappropriate and erratic behavior she displayed in November. As of November 12, 2021, HCS terminated our temporary employment relationship with Ms. Hilton,” they said in a statement.
