Taco Charcuterie Boards Full Of Delicious Mexican Food Are Here To Make Dinner Fun Again

Charcuterie boards have been a thing forever, but recently, we foodies have been getting way more adventurous with what we put on them. Meat, cheese, and breadsticks are tasty and all, but why wouldn’t you branch out into things like hot chocolate charcuterie boards or even barkuterie boards for your dog? If those weren’t impressive enough, we’re about to take things up one more notch because taco charcuterie boards are a thing now and they look delicious.

  1. It’s exactly what it sounds like. Taco charcuterie boards are pretty self-explanatory. You get a wooden serving board and you load it up with everything you need to make everyone’s favorite Mexican food. I’m talking tortillas (crunchy and soft, obviously), cheese, guacamole, cilantro, peppers, corn, chicken or steak… the list goes on and on.
  2. You can really get creative here. Think of these boards like your own personal Chipotle. Maybe you have more unconventional tastes and appreciate some different fillings in your tacos. That’s cool! Because these are boards where everyone can help themselves, you can cater to different tastes all in the same dish and everyone leaves (or eats) happy.
  3. It doesn’t hurt that they’re Instagram-friendly either. Obviously I’m not suggesting you make food just because it would look good on your Insta feed, but it doesn’t hurt when it does. You’ll probably get a ton of likes and comments from people calling you a genius and wondering where you got such a great idea and saying how jealous they are that they don’t have their own taco charcuterie board. That will totally happen, right?
  4. Food should be fun and taco charcuterie boards totally are. We all need to find little things to take pleasure in, especially when it feels like the world outside is one giant dumpster fire. Thankfully, things like charcuterie boards, as silly as they are, can go a long way in cheering us up – or at least keeping our bellies happy!
