Wedding Singer Shames Cheating Ex While Performing At His Reception

What should I do? 🤔

  1. The groom had no idea his ex was his wedding singer. “He who cheated on me booked my band to perform at his wedding — and he doesn’t know I’m the singer,” Starr said in the clip, posted last month. Since she’s a cover singer for the band, she wasn’t listed as a member when her ex booked the group to perform at the reception.
  2. Apparently, Starr had dated the man for five years. However, he cheated on her with the woman he actually ended up marrying, so this was a fun opportunity for her to get a bit of revenge on them both.
  3. The clip is pure deliciousness. In the video, the bride and groom are getting ready for their first dance, completely unaware of what’s about to happen. The band starts playing and Starr starts singing their chosen track, “All of Me” by John Legend, with her back turned. However, she doesn’t get through the full thing before switching over to a rendition of Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats.” That’s when she turns around to reveal herself.
  4. Starr’s ex-boyfriend is absolutely stunned. Needless to say, this is clearly not how he will have wanted things to go down. At one point, a wedding guest steps in to stop Starr, but she then throws a glass of water at the groom and storms out.#
  5. Many people aren’t convinced it could be real. Because so much on the internet is just for clicks and likes, many people believe this is an elaborate stunt to promote Starr’s burgeoning music career. However, she insists what happened is the real deal.
