When you go on a Tinder date, you probably don’t expect much. You’ll grab some drinks, have a little small talk, and if you’re into each other, maybe even end the night with a hookup if that’s your thing. However, one woman was left stunned and somewhat baffled when her match took her home… to play golf for three hours.

- The woman shared her story on TikTok. According to @taypole, she had no idea what her Tinder date had in store for the evening. “POV you match with a guy on Tinder and he brings you home to putt in his living room for three hours,” she captioned the clip. “Tinder ain’t what it used to be #tigerwoods.”
- The guy was really serious about his golf. In the video, you could see the guy putting on his roll-out golf course in his living room. At one point, you can even see him using a cordless vacuum to get debris off the course. Wouldn’t want to mess up the putt!
- People couldn’t stop laughing at the woman’s date. “LMAO, the vacuum got me,” one person commented. Another questioned: “Does he always have a mini green on his floor? Or did you come over and he said HOLD ON lemme [sic] roll it out?” OP responded by saying that “it’s new so I’m assuming it will always be on the floor now. It’s the new rug.”
- Some people really didn’t see the issue. After all, isn’t taking a girl home to play golf better than pressuring her into sex? One person commented: “What’s the problem?” while another added: “So you found a king?” @taypole obviously decided to give him another chance because they went on another date!
