Woman Caught Boyfriend Cheating When His Fitbit Revealed He Burned 500 Calories In The Middle Of The Night

A British TV personality has revealed that she once caught her boyfriend cheating on her via Fitbit. Nadia Essex, who previously appeared as a dating expert on the E4 reality series Celebs Go Dating, took to TikTok to respond to a fellow user who gave a discussion prompt for anyone to answer: “Stitch with the moment you knew your relationship was over.” Essex was all too happy to share her outrageous experience.

  1. Fitbit gave him away. In the clip, Nadia revealed that she and her boyfriend at the time had synced their Fitbit devices so they would receive notifications when the other hit milestones, finished a workout, etc. He came home one night after a long night out and she decided to make him some breakfast the next morning, which is pretty sweet, right? Not in this case!
  2. He’d miraculously burned serious calories overnight. “Oh honey, I’ve got a doozie,” Nadia said in the clip. “So when my ex-boyfriend came home from a night out, I woke up in the morning and thought, ‘Let me make some breakfast.’ And I got a notification on my Fitbit – the Fitbit that we’d synced together – that between 2 o’clock and 3 o’clock in the morning, last morning, he had burned over 500 calories.”
  3. While Nadia stopped short of outright saying he cheated, it was pretty obvious what happened.I shoved that breakfast where the sun don’t shine, darling,” she said, which confirms exactly what we were all thinking when we first heard her story. How unslick can you possibly be, dude? At least take the damn watch off if you’re going to cheat!
  4. At least she found out when she did. Nadia was lucky. Even though she caught her boyfriend cheating on her in a strange and unexpected way, he obviously wasn’t worth her time and needed to go. Good riddance to that guy!
