Woman Hospitalized After Holding In Gas Because She’s Not Yet On ‘Farting Terms’ With Her Boyfriend

A Brazilian singer has revealed that she was admitted to the hospital with extremely painful trapped gas because she isn’t yet on “farting terms” with her boyfriend. Viviane de Queiroz Pereira, who goes by Pocah on stage, shared the problem with her nearly 16 million followers, many of whom were shocked that something like this could happen.

  1. Pocah, 27, posed an Instagram Story of herself in the hospital. “I woke up at 5.30am with severe stomach pains and ended up in the hospital,” she said. Obviously, this was a concern to her many fans, but Pocah soon came back to let them know she’s okay. “But that’s it, guys. I’m now fine. Just an accumulation of trapped farts.”
  2. Thankfully, the problem wasn’t a serious one. However, Pocah did use the experience to advise other young women not to follow in her footsteps. “But that’s it, guys. I’m now fine. Just an accumulation of trapped farts.” She advised her female fans: “Girls, don’t be ashamed to fart in front of your guy, because what’s really embarrassing is not letting your guy sleep because you’re in discomfort, going to hospital with your guy, and the diagnosis being ‘trapped farts,'” she said. “From now on, I’m letting them rip, guys.”
  3. Pocah never should have listened to TiKTok. She said that she only held the farts in because a TikTok thread told her it was fine to do so. According to the 27-year-old, the thread said that she should “ignore” the stomach pains that came with trapped wind, but look what happened!
  4. Ladies, please don’t hold in your farts. As TikTok doctor Dr. Karan Raj said, people fart roughly 14 times a day and “if someone tells you they don’t fart, they’re lying.” Not only that, but not letting it out can be a serious problem. “If you hold in a fart too long it can be reabsorbed into your bloodstream and breathed out when you exhale,” he said. All the more reason to let them rip!
