Woman With Road Rage Uses Dog On Leash As Weapon In Shocking Altercation

Canadian police are said to be investigating after a shocking road rage incident which saw a woman use a dog on a leash as a weapon against its owner. 1. The incident took place on the evening of July 1. Halifax Regional Police had been called to the 600 block of Windmill Road, Dartmouth after the altercation between four women which began over an alleged traffic violation.
