Woman Shoots Her Shot With Hot Guy On Plane And Is Surprised By His Response

Look, it’s not the 1950s anymore and we all know that women are capable of making the first move when we see someone we like. After all, waiting around for a guy to approach you could leave you single for a LONG time. That’s maybe why a woman named Natalie decided to shoot her shot with a cute guy on a recent flight with her, and her bravery had some surprising results!

Natalie, who posts on TikTok as @nataliebonbon, was on board a Southwest flight when she saw a guy in the row ahead of her that she was super attracted to. Not one to let an opportunity pass her by, she decided to let him know she was into him.

“Really cute guy sitting in front of me on my flight. Decided to shoot my shot,” she captioned the video. She then showed a note she’d written on a napkin saying “If you’re single/interested, text me sometime.” She included her phone number and a smiley face for good measure.

Also did this towards the end of the flight so it wasn’t awkward for a long time just incase 😅 #datingtok #catchingflights #singletok #flightsandfeelings #summer23

Oddly enough, the guy soon turned around and introduced himself to Natalie, leaving her “freaking out.” However, romance didn’t necessarily seem like it was in the air… until her phone dinged a bit later with a message from the guy. “Hey Natalie, nice to meet you. Yes, single and interested,” he texted.

Oh, snap! In a second video, Natalie shared more of their text exchange in which they decided to actually go out together. “I’m free tomorrow and Monday night. Down for a date night? There’s a couple of places I wanted to check out,” he wrote.

Indeed, Natalie and the unnamed hunk did actually go out on a date, and it went well! Natalie said in another follow-up that the guy was going to start using her method of picking up possible dates in the future if things didn’t work out between them. However, they were interested in each other and might go out again.

Hey, it just goes to show that you have to go for what you want. As Natalie herself said, “I hope this encourages some people!”
