The Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard defamation trial has been interesting to say the least, but on Monday afternoon, things got intense in a whole different way when a crazed Depp fan had to be escorted out of the courtroom with her baby after yelling out that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor had fathered her child.

- The incident didn’t appear on the livestream. However, Law & Crime Network host Angenette Levy, who was in the courtroom and witnessed the incident, later revealed what happened. According to Levy, as the court was preparing to take its morning break, the unnamed woman in the gallery yelled, “Johnny, I love you! Our souls are connected!”
- Depp waved back to the woman at first. Thinking she was just another (slightly overexcited) fan, Depp is said to have waved at the woman for a moment before she held up the baby and shouted, “This baby is yours!” Needless to say, that’s when the guards stepped in.
- The woman was removed from the courtroom. Though Judge Penney Azcarate wasn’t on the bench at the time of the incident, shouting out things like that in the Fairfax, Virginia courtroom was grounds for immediate dismissal. The woman was escorted out with her baby and her admission wristband cut off so she could not reenter.
