Woman Who Wanted To Explore Bisexuality Invites Husband’s Female Best Friend Into Their Marriage

A married woman who wanted to explore her bisexuality invited her husband’s female best friend into their relationship and now they’re in a happy throuple. Katy, 39, and her 38-year-old comedian husband Justin Rupple got married after seven years of dating and were really happy together, but when 36-year-old Claire Thornhill was added to the mix, things got even better (and hotter!).

  1. Communication between Katy and Justin was always key. When they discussed their desires and goals in the relationship, Katy admitted that she was bisexual and would love to explore a relationship with other women. She had a bit of a crush on Justin’s friend Claire and perhaps unsurprisingly, he was happy to get her involved.
  2. Claire was open to the idea. While it’s not the kind of offer you get every day, Claire didn’t run screaming when Justin and Katy proposed the idea of becoming a threesome. In fact, she was into it. “I had been best friends with Justin since 2004 and was ecstatic when he and Katy tied the knot in 2013,” Claire said. “After years of discussions, they finally decided to reach out to me. Katy and Justin wanted to make sure their feelings didn’t ruin the friendship they had with me, especially if the attraction wasn’t mutual.”
  3. The three of them fell in love quickly. Claire admits that it was a surprise to be invited into the marriage, it felt like a natural move that worked out incredibly well. “At first, it was a surprise as I had never been approached like this before. Despite this, the surprise was welcomed as I had always had feelings for both men and women,” Claire said. “I never knew it was a possibility, but the friendship Justin and I had and my attraction to them both, made it exciting – we were instantly in love.”
  4. The key to making their relationship work is trust. As Claire explained, there’s not much in the way of jealousy or insecurity in the relationship because she, Katy, and Justin are always open and honest in their communication. “We trust each other and that’s the only way to make any relationship work – when you feel truly accepted by your partner(s), simple feelings like attraction and fear of abandonment aren’t that scary,” she said.
