Woman’s Review Of Leggings She Rolled Down Mountain In Is Pure Perfection

A woman’s review for a pair of leggings she bought on Amazon has gone viral more than a year after posting because of the hilariously bizarre circumstances around it. A woman named Cory H. shared a 5-star review of a pair of Raypose women’s yoga pants in which she gushed that she was able to roll down a rocky mountainside without any rips or tears in the leggings at all. Because of their sturdiness, she planned to purchase many more pairs. And hey, who wouldn’t?

  1. Cory H. really put those leggings to the test. If you’re wondering whether Cory H. purposely rolled down the mountain to see if the leggings would rip, the answer is no. In fact, it happened because she was out hiking one day and was scared of the height of the cliff. “Can I just say that I will be reordering them in every color. Here is me rolling and sliding down a mountain because I was too scared to get up. My leggings did not rip not even a little bit and I got stuck on rocks and trees,” she wrote in her product review.
  2. She’s inspired others to follow suit. Another reviewer noticed Cory H.’s review and decided she needed to put it to the test to see if it was really true or some strange, elaborate ruse to get people to buy more leggings. Soon after, Kimberly R. Kelly confirmed that Cory H. was totally right — these leggings are damn good! Titling her review “Mountain sliding legging lady was right!” Kimberly R. Kelly wrote, “These Raypose leggings off Amazon are exactly as good as the lady in the reviews says. Glad I bought five!”
  3. Everyone probably would have missed it if it weren’t for @emmycantread on Twitter. She posted a screencap of Cory H.’s original review on her account on November 6 and it immediately started racking up likes and retweets. At the time of writing, it had been liked more than 400,000 times and retweeted nearly 40,000 times. Hilarious!
  4. If you want some of these leggings yourself, they’re still available on Amazon. Better yet, they’ll only run you about $20 a pair. And if they’re as sturdy as everyone seems to say they are, then that’s a total bargain. Grab yours HERE.
