  1. Eating well and exercising make a big difference. Stewart, from Australia, takes pride of being the healthiest version of herself for her four children and two grandchildren, which means eating well and looking after herself. However, it’s a bit more complicated than simply getting in a load of greens and hitting the gym every day.
  2. She’s really into “rebounding.” What’s that, you ask? It’s all about bouncing up and down on a trampoline for health. “Rebounding is a perfect aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline,” she explained in a recent post on her health account. “Jumps can be fast or slow, and can be mixed with rest or aerobic stepping.”
  3. Rebounding is low-impact but highly effective. Stewart went on to say that the sport is perfect for those with injuries or inflammation who want to increase their health without putting themselves in pain. “Rebounding can help work the muscles in the legs, increase your endurance, and strengthen your bones, among a number of other benefits,” she said. “This type of exercise is gaining popularity because it’s gentle on the joints but allows you to work your cardiovascular system without taxing the body.”
  4. Stewart “rebounds” for 20 minutes a day. She says that the sport is her “number 1 go-to for burning calories” apart from walking. She claims that this is equivalent to an hour of jogging. Not only that, but it “rejuvenates and strengthens every single cell in the body, slows aging, and burns more calories than running.”
  5. The benefits of trampoline jumping go on and on. Her post continued to list the purported benefits of the sport. “Research suggests it’s the most efficient man-made exercise because of its effects on the body lymphatic and immune system. Reduces body fat, firms legs, thighs, buttocks, abdomen, arms and hips. Great aerobic cardio fitness for heart health and cardiovascular system. Eliminates toxins from the body. Reduces stress. Improves, lungs, blood, and internal organs.”
  6. Oh yeah, ladies – leave the bra behind. Given that Gina’s photo of herself on the trampoline showed her wearing nothing but a small ADIDAS tank top as a dress – no bra, no pants – it seems that you’ll get more benefits by trying the trampoline without a bra. For those with larger breasts, this sounds painful even in theory, but hey, it works for Stewart.
