Yes, “Sadsturbation” Is A Thing — And You Need To Try It ASAP

I recently came across an article about “Sadsturbation” and I had no choice but to click on it. According to the article, sadsturbation is when you masturbate and cry at the same time. I’ve cried from an orgasm before, but I’d never tried to do it on purpose… until now. Here’s everything you need to know about this interesting way to get off and why you should give it a shot:

  1. The crying can happen before, after or during. Apparently, there’s no exact order to this, so just let it happen. As long as you cry at some point, it’s considered sadsturbation, so there you go! The idea is that you’re already sad about something and by masturbating, you’re “loosening up” any pent up emotions in order to release them. Which usually translates to tears.
  2. Orgasm can enhance emotion in general. Whether it’s happy or sad, an orgasm can cause a myriad of emotional reactions. Sadsturbation focuses on just the crying reaction, but it’s very possible to induce something like a laugh attack or a fit of rage through a good old fashioned rub down. I’ve experienced it for myself, and those moments of high emotion after getting off are simply unforgettable.
  3. The trick to it is letting go. There’s no way you’re going to be able to fully release your emotions through sadsturbating unless you release your body as well. The less body tension you have while orgasming, the more intense it’s going to be. So before you start your sadsturbation sesh, try to actively relax every muscle in your body and get ready to really let go.
  4. It can help take your mind off of things. After you’ve finished the deed, things will seem a lot brighter. That thing you were upset about earlier seems like a distant memory.   7. Deep breathing can intensify the experience. Have you ever tried to take a deep breath while crying? It actually makes you cry even more. If you’re shy when it comes to expressing your emotions, deep breathing can be a great way to let our more tears and release those sad feelings that are trapped inside you. During your session, take a moment and breathe in as much as you can and then exhale naturally. This will intensify everything.
  8. You can only really do it when you’re already upset about something. It’s kinda difficult to sadsturbate when you’re not even that sad. Don’t expect to be able to pull this off if you’re good with your life right now. This is something you should do when you feel like you could just burst with sadness. Although I’m sure if you really think yourself into it, you’d be able to conjure up some past hurt feelings, but it’s easier when the wound is fresh.
