Iggy Azalea is embarking on a new career in the adult entertainment industry, it seems. Back in January 2023, she joined OnlyFans to start selling raunchy content to her fans. However, the rapper has taken yet another step in a more explicit direction after she released a sex tape on the Iggy Azalea website. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it sold out almost immediately.
Admittedly, it’s unclear if the sex tape actually features Iggy Azalea (or anyone) getting it on or if it’s all just a clever bit of merch that doesn’t actually offer anything X-rated. So far, it’s unclear if fans who purchased the tape have actually received it yet. If they have, no one’s saying what’s on it yet.
If it is real, it’s a pretty stark change in direction from her stance back in 2014. Lest we forget, after she released “Fancy,” Iggy Azalea’s ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine was trying to sell a sex tape allegedly featuring the couple to the porn company Vivid. At the time, she insisted that the woman in the tape wasn’t actually her. She also turned down an alleged six-figure payday from the company for its release. Her lawyers then threatened to sue Vivid if they released it without her permission.
While Iggy Azalea once swore she’d never join OnlyFans as she “didn’t want to make that type of content,” changing her mind seems to have been a lucrative decision. It’s estimated that she’s made more than $4 million on the platform since opening her account earlier this year.
People have complained that Azalea doesn’t get raunchy enough on the platform to justify the $25/month subscription fee. However, she insists she does indeed get fully nude, fans just need to pay a bit more to get access to that content. “Lmao, anyone saying that is broke and hasn’t unlocked the paid content because I pose nude. it’s $25 entry, not $25 for full access. They thought wrong,” she tweeted in response to one critic.
As for the Iggy Azalea sex tape debacle, time will tell if anything becomes of it or if horny fans just got seriously duped. I don’t know about you, but I’m betting on the latter.
