These Crocheted Disney Villain Blankets Are The Cozy Way To Get Evil

I may be a grown woman now, but that doesn’t mean I don’t still love Disney princesses. While I probably wouldn’t go out in public in the same Pocahontas sweatshirt I had as a kid, there’s nothing to stop me from embracing my inner child when I’m in the privacy of my own home, which is why these crocheted Disney villain blankets are my favorite Etsy find in a long time.

  1. These are so fun and creative! Sure, you could just buy a regular old Disney blanket if you really wanted to, but the joy in these crocheted versions, created by Etsy seller CarolHladikDesigns, is that not only are you celebrating the villains rather than he princesses at once, but you can actually swear their outfits and feel like you’re part of the story. I’m super into that.
  2. The only trouble is deciding which one you’ll want. This shop isn’t missing out on any of our beloved Disney villains, from the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland to Maleficent and even Ursula from The Little Mermaid! Ugh, I can’t choose!
  3. If you’re into princesses more, there are blankets for that. The Etsy shop also offers crocheted blankets for beloved Disney princesses like Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Merida from Brave, just to name a few.
  4. There are even non-princess blankets to choose from. Whether you like Superman, a fireman, or a unicorn, there’s something for everyone here, so it’s not all for girls – and hey maybe girls want to be superheroes rather than princesses anyway!
  5. There’s one catch: you’ll have to know how to crochet. Sadly, the blankets here don’t come ready-made and in fact, what you’re purchasing is the pattern so that you can make them yourself. This means you’ll either have to know how to crochet already or be willing to learn, but hey, what better time is there to pick up a new hobby? If you’d like to get yours, check out the Etsy shop HERE.
