Dearest Fanny Makes Ceramic Adult Toys That Are Too Beautiful To Use

Chances are you’ve bought and/or used an adult toy at some point in your life. D*ldos, vibrators, and other products are there to increase your pleasure and help you explore your body, and there’s nothing wrong with that. However, if you’re tired of conventional toys and want something a little more upmarket, you HAVE to see Dearest Fanny’s ceramic d*ldos.

  1. These are downright beautiful. The beautiful ceramic designs, created by artist Vanessa Chalmers and developed with She Said boutique owner Nic Ramsey, were inspired by Victorian-era sex toys, all of which were made of natural materials. “With a ceramic d*ldo, we can make it much prettier, more ornate than others,” Ramsey explained. “We take great care in making sure we have a variety in length, girth and of course vintage designs.”
  2. The designs are hand-painted. Chalmers paints all the designs on her Dear Fanny products, which range from cats to flowers and even vintage pin-up style girls, by hand, which must take absolutely ages. The end results is a gorgeous product that has proved a huge hit with customers.
  3. They’re sturdily made so they won’t break inside of you. To be honest, I was a little concerned about the idea of putting a piece of ceramic inside of me, but Chalmers insists that every toy is made to the highest possible standards to ensure that they’re safe as well as beautiful. “It’s quite simple, you just make a ceramic sausage coming up from the wheel – we’ve just got to make sure we get the length and the girth,” she explained. “Of course, it’s not just making the sausage – after we have to ensure it can’t chip or break by using strong paint, and we put ornate designs on them – everything from cats to flowers to pin-up girls.”
  4. They’re great value for money. When you invest in an artisan product, you expect the price to reflect the quality and amount of work that went into it. Dearest Fanny sells their toys for £89.99 (about $120) on average, which is a bargain for how ornate and beautiful they are.
  5. The toys have been selling like crazy. Many designs have sold out at She Said in the lead up to Christmas to the point that Chalmers and Ramsey have had to work around the clock to keep up with demand. However, they want to ensure all of their customers are happy and are even planning on launching some new designs soon.
