Elon Musk And Mark Zuckerberg Are “Dead Serious” About Duking It Out In Cage Match

There’s nothing like two grown men wanting to fistfight just to prove their manhood to make you realize how fragile masculinity truly is. Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk are two of the richest men in the world and two of the most successful in tech, but in order to retain true supremacy, they apparently need to duke it out in a UFC cage match, and they’re “deadly serious” about being up for it, apparently.

UFC President Dana White said that while people initially assumed that the social media posts in which Musk challenged Zuckerberg for a fight and Zuck accepted must have been a joke, they were totally serious.

Basically, Elon Musk found out that Mark Zuckerberg is potentially trying to develop a Twitter-like app to rival the failing company. That sparked Musk’s invite for a fight. “I’m up for a cage match if he is lol,” Musk tweeted.

Zuckerberg responded on Instagram, of course, screencapping Musk’s tweet and putting “Send Me Location” on top.

People talk shit online all the time, so there’s every chance it was just a bit of smack talk. However, White insists that this goes beyond the internet and that a real-life fight between the two could actually happen in Las Vegas.

“I talked with Mark and Elon last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this,” White said. “They both said ‘yeah we’ll do it’, they both want to do it.”

White added: “This would be the biggest fight ever in the history of the world… The biggest fight of all time was Floyd and Conor, I just think it triples that – it triples what that did, there’s no limit on what that thing can make.”

Just what these bros need, more money. Of course, it remains to be seen if this will ever come to fruition. Stay tuned, I guess?
