A good boyfriend knows your opinion is valuable. He won’t assume you’re going to be OK with his last minute decision to make your date night into a guys’ night out with you awkwardly tagging along. Making sure you feel like you have a voice in the relationship should be important to him, and if it isn’t, fuck that.
