Ghislaine Maxwell Discusses ‘Dear Friend’ Prince Andrew and ‘Special’ Pal Bill Clinton Metropolitan Detention Center

Now that Ghislaine Maxwell has been convicted for her role in Jeffrey Epstein’s decades-long sex trafficking ring, she’s decided it’s a good time to start talking. In a series of interviews for an upcoming documentary, Ghislaine Maxwell opened up about her “special friendship” with Bill Clinton and expressed he sympathies for “dear friend” Prince Andrew, according to the New York Post.

  1. Maxwell hates to see so many powerful men being “canceled” after being exposed for their close ties with a known pedophile. Lest we forget, former president Bill Clinton had already been exposed for his affair with intern Monica Lewinsky when he decided to board Epstein’s jet, dubbed the “Lolita Express.”
  2. She and Clinton were extremely close for many years. As per experts published by The Sun, Maxwell reportedly told documentary filmmaker Daphne Barak: “It was a special friendship, which continued over the years. We had lots in common. I feel bad that he is another victim, only because of his association with Jeffrey.” She added that she doesn’t hold it against Clinton that he can no longer associate with her. “I understand that he, like others, can no longer consider me as a friend,” she lamented.
  3. Prince Andrew also has a special place in Ghislaine Maxwell’s heart. “Randy Andy,” as he’s known in his native UK, has also been dodging questioning by the FBI and has been accused of sexual assault. He settled the charges out of court. However, Maxwell thinks he’s a lovely guy and counted him as a “dear friend” before they all got caught. “He is paying such a price for the association with Jeffrey Epstein. I consider him a dear friend. I care about him, and I feel so bad for him,” she said.” She said she has “no expectation” that they’ll ever speak again.
  4. She even claimed that the infamous photo of the prince with Virginia Guiffre was fake. Prince Andrew has always denied ever meeting Guiffre, and Ghislaine Maxwell backs him on this. She insists that the photo of the three of them together isn’t real. “At this time, I no longer believe that to be a true image. And I don’t believe that it is what it appears to be,” she said. This indicates that she once believed it to be true but no longer does. This is odd, considering she should know one way or another whether she was in a certain photo/situation. “There are over 50 problems with the picture … So I don’t believe it’s a true picture,” she went on to say, adding that she’d be “happy” to explain what she means by that “as soon as my appeal is over.”
  5. Maxwell believes she’s been hard done by. She blames the media for painting her to be a “wicked witch.” She still accepts no blame for her crimes. Instead, she claims that she’s been the victim of a smear campaign. “I have read and seen and heard and had reported to me so many monstrous inaccuracies that I can’t even start to pick apart all of them,” she said. Again, she won’t be doing that until after her appeal.
  6. Ghislaine Maxwell even had words of praise for Donald Trump. The 45th president, himself the subject of several sexual assault cases, was the only one who stood by Maxwell. “We knew each other and mingled in the same circles, in New York, Palm Beach. “I was very grateful when he wished me well,” she said. He got bad media for it, but he dared, while others didn’t. I was honored he remembered me. Well, he is known to say what he thinks. It gave me a big boost.”
