In these trying times, there’s not a whole lot to look forward to, which is why we have to cling tight to every small pleasure we can. At the top of the list is waiting for new Netflix releases, and when they arrive, oh man, life is good. Well, hold onto your hats, because Dead To Me Season 2 is now available to stream in its entirety and frankly, I don’t know when I was last this excited.
- Crack open a bottle of wine and relax. When Netflix released the first trailer for Season 2 of Dead To Me last month, it was immediately clear that the new season is going to be just as good as the first. Christina Applegate and Linda Cardinelli are back as Jen and Judy and this time, they’re in big trouble.
- How are they going to cover up Steve’s death? Jen and Judy will undoubtedly have to stick together on this one, especially since Judy was behind Jen’s husband’s death so now they’re kinda even in a messed up way. However, how will their friendship fare and how on earth are they going to get away with murder? We’ll find out.
- Dead To Me handles grief in a really funny way. We all process grief differently and one of the best things about Dead To Me is how it explores that process in such honest and sometimes funny ways. Season 2 will continue that exploration and will no doubt offer some poignant moments as well as some laughs.
- There are 10 episodes in Season 2, so that’s your weekend plans sorted. Well, at least it might last you through Saturday. If you wanted to make a full weekend of it, you could always rewatch Dead To Me Season 1 before you get started on the new episodes to refresh your memory! That sounds like a plan to me.
