Fitness Trainer Demonstrates ‘Better Sex’ Exercises In Popular TikTok Videos

A British model and trainer has gone viral on TikTok for finding a unique angle on fitness. Patrick Toechterle is getting plenty of attention on the video-sharing app for his “better sex” exercises. He gets into a variety of positions (pun intended) to increase muscle as well as your bedroom game, and needless to say, people are loving it.

Toechterle describes himself as an “online coach” and believes that his workouts will not only lead to a rock-hard physique but a whole lot of screams from your sexual partner(s). One of his most-watched videos is a mobility exercise that he promises will “improve your sex game.” He rocks back and forth on his hands and his knees before performing a quadrated hip opener, a JJ hip opener, and a seated leg raise.

He also has videos to aid viewers in their request to “have more fun with sex” and to have an “erotic experience.” All of the exercises he performs in these videos are done in a slow and deliberate way to appear, well, sexy. It’s clear thirst trapping for horny women (and men, nonbinary folks, and others who appreciate hot guys), but hey, it seems to be working.

Of course, what Patrick Toechterle is doing is the TikTok equivalent of clickbait. Saying these stretches will help with sex is a bit out there, but it’s coming from a solid place. After all, you’re going to be better in the bedroom if your muscles are stronger, you have more mobility, etc. However, the idea that this is going to revolutionize your sex life is a bit silly. If you don’t know how to use what you’ve got, all the muscle and mobility in the world isn’t going to help you, right?

In the meantime, if you just want to ogle at a hot guy doing eroticized exercises, head over to Patrick’s TikTok. You won’t be disappointed!
