Teeth Nails Are A New Manicure Trend And They’re Seriously Freaky

You can always count on nail artist Nail Sunny to bring some of the zaniest, intense, amazing nail designs ever. From colored pencil nails to tiny feet nails, they’re forever innovating some of the most interesting looks on the scene. However, they may have just outdone themselves with their new look: teeth nails. Try not to freak out even though it’s hard!

  1. Like many of their designs, teeth nails aren’t all that practical. If you have a job in which you need to use your hands a lot or you even own a phone or computer, teeth nails admittedly aren’t going to work all that well in your daily life. They’re more of a work of art that you’re just meant to admire rather than something practical that you could actually utilize daily. However, that doesn’t make them any less brilliant – maybe even more so!
  2. They’re really freaky, to be honest. If you’ve ever watch Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, you might remember when Titus was auditioning for that ad and had to sing a song and he sang that thing about teeth being bones that live outside your body and they’re super weird. That’s so true! They’re visible bones that we see and can touch every day! Making fake ones to put on your nails is really freaky because of it.
  3. It takes so much work to do these! Nail Sunny creates all their looks from scratch and by hand – there’s no pre-made mold for their teeth nails. In an Instagram video, you can see how they painstakingly carve everything out, shape it, paint over it, etc. It’s a serious undertaking! They even managed to make a few with cavities in them for that hyper-realistic look.
  4. I don’t think I’ll be trying these any time soon. However, they would be amazing for Halloween, especially if you were throwing a haunted house. Just sayin’.
