Woman Hosts KFC-Themed Dream Wedding Complete With Chicken Drumstick Bouquet

Getting married is one of the most special and memorable occasions in your life, so it makes sense that you’d want to add little touches of meaningful things to make the big day even more amazing. That’s exactly what Singaporean Liang Le Wong did recently when she tied the knot with her new husband, 40-year-old Xie Peng, at their KFC dream wedding.

Wong really loves KFC.

As a result, the theme was a no-brainer when planning out the couple’s nuptials. Wong decided not just to include some delicious KFC as part of a chicken buffet at their wedding reception but she even had a chicken drumstick bouquet!

In addition to having a KFC-themed photo backdrop, there was also a Zinger burger bean bag chair and other props guests could use to take photos with.

The whole thing cost only $2,300, so well below what the average wedding costs for most people these days!

KFC Singapore even chipped in to make the day extra special.

Knowing she planned to incorporate the fast food giant into her big day, Wong reached out to KFC to see if they’d hook her up with a little wedding gift.

When they discovered that Wong uses a wheelchair due to a disability involving defective blood vessels in her brain, they knew they wanted to do something big for her.

Per Shin Min Daily News, KFC not only paid for half of the wedding food, they also provided all the props and decor! That’s pretty generous.

All in all, it was a dream KFC wedding for Liang Le Wong and her new husband.

“I had the KFC-themed wedding of my dreams!!! Really cool to have @kfc_sg as part of my special day making it a unique and super memorable day,” she wrote on Facebook when sharing some photos.

Wong and Peng have another reason for loving KFC so much: It’s where they had their first date!
