This 4-Minute Foreplay Game Will Make Your Sex Life Hot Again

The longer you’re in a relationship, the more likely your sex life is to become slightly lackluster. However, you don’t have to settle for mediocre sex because you think that’s just how things go. In fact, sex coach Vernita Griffith thinks playing this 4-minute foreplay sex game could revolutionize your pleasure and make you actually want to get it on rather than dread it.

If you have four minutes (and if you’re planning to have sex, hopefully you do), you can play this game. In a TikTok video, Griffith advises you to set a timer on your phone for four minutes and explore every nook and cranny of foreplay. What does that entail, you ask?

“I want you to take turns, for four minutes each, to do whatever you want to your partner — you have to agree to do whatever you want to each other,” she explains.

While this may not seem all that revolutionary, the beauty of the 4-minute foreplay game comes from the element of surprise. Your partner has no idea what you’re going to do to them and vice-versa, and that’s exciting. If you trust your partner, giving them free rein to have their way with your body is incredibly hot, and it can bring a whole new level of intimacy and arousal to your sex game. Of course, you and your partner should know one another and your relative tastes enough to ensure that what you’re doing will actually feel good to each other.

It’s important to note that you can (and totally should!) build on the 4-minute foreplay game. You might find that you’re having such a good time, you don’t want to stop (or don’t want your partner to stop) once the timer’s up. There’s nothing to say that you can’t continue exploring each other’s bodies and turning each other on before the main event. In fact, foreplay can even become the main event. It’s not all about penetration, after all. Everyone can enjoy foreplay if it’s done right.
