A diet coach has claimed there’s an easy way for men to add some extra inches to their penises. While many guys are self-conscious about the size of their manhood, there’s not really a way to change that, right? Well, not according to Chris Cavallini. He says men can get bigger penises by doing a few simple things.

First off, Cavallini is clear about why some men have smaller bait and tackle than others: “Buried Penis Syndrome.” In other words, much of the actual length of the penis is hidden beneath layers of fat so you can’t see as much of it. However, he insists it’s up there, fellas.

By his estimation, men can therefore add inches to their junk by losing weight. In fact, all you need to do is lose 30 pounds (or 13.6kg) in order to gain an inch of visible dong. Doing so will be a major boost to men’s confidence, Cavallini thinks.

“From a male perspective, our confidence is very much wrapped up in our physicality and our bodies and that area is something we all take a lot of pride in. The cool part is, when you get in better shape, you can actually add inches to your penis,” the 40-year-old explained. “For every 30lbs of excess fat you lose, you’ll gain an inch of visible penis.”

He added: “As you can imagine, this can be a really strong motivator for men when they understand this to be the case. Hopefully it compels them to start being a little bit more mindful about the food they’re putting in their body and the exercise that they’re getting.”

There’s also the fact that being physically healthier will give men more stamina and strength in the bedroom, which is always a good thing. Time to dust off that gym membership, guys!
