Grieving Mom Says She Saw Dead 2-Year-Old Daughter Visiting Her Own Grave

The grieving mother of a 2-year-old girl who died in 2018 believes she saw her daughter visiting her own grave in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Saundra Gonzalez lost her daughter Faviola Rodriguez in 2018 while her boyfriend at the time was watching the child. Now buried at Mosanic Cemetery, Gonzalez believes she saw Faviola looking at her own tombstone on surveillance footage.

  1. Saundra became suspicious when toys and personal belongings went missing. She asked workers at the cemetery to be on the lookout for the items or suspicious people who might be stealing them. Another family had been having issues as well after their son’s gravestone was repeatedly vandalized. They’re the ones who set up the camera.
  2. What the camera captured was mind-blowing! The footage showed a small child walking around the cemetery in the middle of the night, which was alarming to the family since they believed an actual child had gone missing. They took the footage to the cemetery owners, who recognized Faviola Rodriguez right away, WAOI reports.
  3. When Saundra saw the footage, she knew it was her daughter. “I immediately burst into tears as she showed us the photo and I was just lost at words because I KNOW that is my daughter,” Saundra wrote in a Facebook post. “There is not one ounce of doubt in my heart because it looks like her head to toe, from her hair to her clothes and chanclas.”
  4. The footage also shows the little girl walking away with a taller boy. Saundra believes the boy in the video is the son of the family who took the video. “I think she was there to take him to heaven,” Saundra said. “They both have such a tragic story of things that happened to them and… both of them still haven’t gotten justice. So, I think she was definitely there to comfort him and take him to heaven.”
  5. Whether or not you believe in ghosts, you must admit this is pretty convincing. Who knows? Maybe it is Faviola. Hopefully, Saundra has found some comfort in the video, whoever the little girl may be.
