61-Year-Old Florida Woman Beat Up Husband For Refusing To Go To Bed With Her Pinellas County Sheriff's Office

It sucks when you’re feeling frisky and your partner isn’t in the mood, but hey, it happens. Libidos don’t always align perfectly, so you just have to grin and bear it. It seems 61-year-old Florida woman Kerry Lee Pineiro missed the memo, however. After her husband turned her down for sex, she went on a violent rampage, according to The Smoking Gun.

Pineiro was said to be”intoxicated” before she launched her attack on 60-year-old Frank Concolino at their home in Seminole around 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 8. She told police that she was “upset” when her husband “would not have sex with her.”

Instead of taking care of business herself, Kerry Lee Pineiro instead punched her husband in the eye and kneed him in the groin when he attempted to keep her from getting behind the wheel of the car and leaving their home. She then kneed him in the thigh and the groin for a second time.

When officers from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the residence, Pineiro said she had “zero story” and told police that she wanted to be arrested and booked into jail. They cuffed her and took her down to the station. During the journey, she denied hitting her husband despite having seemingly admitted to it previously.

Pineiro was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. She spent the night in jail before being released on her own recognizance. A judge ordered her to wear a “continuous alcohol monitor” until the case concludes. It’s unclear when she will next appear in court. It hasn’t been revealed how she will plead. Nor do we know what sentence she might receive if convicted. A considerable fine and probation are likely.

Back in November, Pineiro posted a loving ode to her husband on Facebook, calling him her “best friend” and writing: “My love for you is undying and everlasting.”
