Kim Kardashian Explains Why Single Parenting Is So Tough Despite Having Nannies And A Personal Chef

If there’s one thing you can count on Kim Kardashian for, it’s to make tone-deaf statements that are so far removed from reality that it’s laughable. The reality star previously admitted she “cries herself to sleep at night” because she’s so frustrated and exhausted from looking after her four kids “alone,” but she’s now doubling down by explaining just why it’s so hard even though she has multiple nannies, a personal chef, and millions of dollars — something most other single parents would kill for.

Kim Kardashian is “struggling” as a single mom

In a new episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim spoke about her controversial comments about being a single parent, which were made on the Jay Shetty podcast and acknowledged the flack she got in response.

“I think I’m still learning how to be a single parent and I just did the Jay Shetty podcast where I spoke about parenting and, I mean I should be used to it now, but everyone had a lot to say,” she said.

Sure, technically speaking, Kanye West’s unaddressed mental health problems make him an absent father, it doesn’t appear Kim’s life is particularly impacted any more than when he actually was around and their marriage was intact.

Add to this the fact that the woman literally has an entire staff of help to deal with the kids when she can’t (or simply can’t be bothered), and it’s pretty obvious why everyone was so upset by her clueless comments.

Kim doesn’t think the “help” she has relieves the “struggle” of being a single parent

Ask any single parents out there and I’m sure they’d tell you that their lives would be a whole lot easier if they had access to a) loads of nannies who were on call 24/7, b) a personal chef who could prepare full, healthy meals on a daily basis for the kids, and c) millions of dollars to pay for anything the kids might want or need at any time.

However, Kim thinks that’s meaningless in many ways and that she still has it tough.

“The struggles that my kids go through really have nothing to do with the amount of help that I have,” she explained.

“Obviously, having nannies and a chef to help cook is beyond helpful. It’s all about family and enjoying these moments. It takes a village to raise kids, but at the end of the day, your kids only want you.”

While it’s true that kids will want their parents more than their nannies, to deny the humungous weight lifted from her shoulders due to the resources she has at her fingertips is pure ignorance.

Kim has a lot on her plate

Again, most single parents are also full-time workers trying to juggle everything to make it fit. They’re doing that without the money or help that Kim Kardashian has, but the SKIMS mogul continues to try and paint the picture that she’s just like us normies.

“The one thing everyone has in common is just the amount of time that we have, and I’m raising four kids and I split my time with my work, my family, my four kids, and I want to make sure my kids have 90% of that,” she said.

Well, luckily she has Dad of the Year Tristan Thompson by her side to help!
