Being in self-isolation isn’t so bad. Getting to spend more time at home watching Netflix, hanging out with our dog, and eating all the snacks is pretty sweet, right? Speaking of snacks, it kinda sucks that it’s so hard to find ingredients for some of those recipes we’ve been dying to bake. Thankfully, Betty Crocker’s No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites only require a couple things you probably already have in your house.
- You literally only need two ingredients. If you have cream cheese and butter in your fridge, you’re good to go. You just add a bit of each of those to the heat-treated flour mixture, give it a stir, roll into little balls, and refrigerate until set.
- This is the perfect snack! It can be a pain to have to wait for cookies to bake, which is why Betty Crocker No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites are so genius. There’s very little wait time involved and they’re literally meant to be eaten “raw.” That’s alright by me!
- They come in so many delicious flavors. Betty Crocker No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites aren’t just available in your standard Chocolate Chip flavor. You can also get the product in Birthday Cake, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Brownie, Lemon, and Peanut Butter flavors. Each of them comes with their own flavored drizzle as well to really take them to the next level.
- Each box makes 18 bites. Considering they sell for about $2.50 per box (at least according to Instagrammer @tamisclock who was kind enough to share images of the product on her local supermarket shelves) and you get 18 no-bake cookie dough bites out of each box, Betty Crocker is offering up a serious bargain here. I mean, 18 cookie dough bites are at least enough to get you through an afternoon, right? Anyone else self-isolating will have to get their own box.
