How To Use The Law Of Attraction To Get Everything You’ve Ever Wanted In Life

The law of attraction is simple: positive thoughts bring positive outcomes, and negative thoughts bring negative outcomes. We know it sounds a little cliche, but think about it. How many times has something bad happened when you were stressed? How many times has something good happened when you were happy? Your energy, both negative and positive, is powerful and that’s why you should use it to your advantage — here’s how.

  1. Pay Attention To Your Vibes. Self-awareness is something everyone should practice. After all, you can’t know who you are if you’re not self-aware. You might think you’re a bubbly, happy person but to other people, you’re kind of a bitch. Pay attention to how you come across to others. That way, you can tell what kind of energy you give off so you can tweak it if necessary.
  2. Focus On What You Want. Most of us know what we want. The problem is, we don’t think we can have it. For example, you want to be President. But instead of picturing yourself in the oval office, you picture yourself sitting exactly where you are. The universe needs to know what you want in order to make it happen. You need to put all your energy into thinking about your goal, not how depressed you are with your current situation.
  3. Avoid Negative People. You can’t always avoid negative people. You can, however, limit your contact with them. Do you have negative friends who only want to bad mouth strangers? Don’t spend every weekend with them! You are who you spend time with. If your gang is filled with negative people, you’ll become just like them.
  4. Push Yourself To The Max. Imagining your dreams is great, but you also need to put in work. You can’t expect things to just fall into your lap. Don’t get me wrong, the universe will guide you, but you have to be willing to do some of the heavy lifting. Know what you want and hustle to achieve it.
  5. Be Grateful. We’re not going to lie and tell you it’s easy to be positive. Like with anything, you have to work at it. To do that, you need to spend less time thinking of everything you don’t have and focus on what you do. There’s literally SO much to be grateful for. You’re alive, you’re healthy, you have friends and family! Some people aren’t as fortunate. The sooner you realize what you have, the more positive you’ll feel.
  6. Treat Others With Respect. Do you want people to treat you with respect? Then you have to treat them with respect. Attract what you want by becoming what you want. You can’t walk around entitled and expect your friends and family to move mountains for you. That’s not a realistic assumption. You’ve heard of karma, right? Be nice and you’ll attract niceness.
  7. Listen To Your Gut. Call it your intuition or the universe speaking to you from within. You should always listen to your gut. Ignoring it is ignoring the law of attraction which you don’t want to do. You make your own decisions in life, but you can’t make effective ones if you disregard your emotions. Your brain is important, but not as important as that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach.
  8. Be Overly Confident. For some reason, we’re all obsessed with being humble and pretending we’re not amazing. Stop doing that! It’s not overly cocky to know you have talent. You don’t need to throw it in someone’s face, but don’t hide it. You’ve accomplished a lot in your life (even if it doesn’t always feel that way). Did you graduate from college? Do you have a job? Did you move out of your parents’ house? As I said, you’ve accomplished a lot! Don’t sell yourself short.
  9. Talk To Yourself. Your brain works more effectively when you talk out loud. You can better organize your thoughts and understand exactly what you’re saying. Every day, look yourself in the mirror and state your goals (whatever they may be). Hearing the words out loud will help you connect with them. And, in turn, help turn them into a reality.
  10. Control Your Thoughts. No matter what you’re going through, do your best to control your thoughts. The law of attraction is all about energy and getting what you visualize. To do that, you need to have a handle on what’s going on inside your head. No one expects you to erase all the negativity from your mind. It takes work to be able to envision your perfect life, without any doubts or hesitations. But that’s exactly what you should aim for.
